Why Building & Coaching?


Building and coaching youth has been perceived as a benefit to the individual but they also have significant value to our organization. Building and coaching are about awareness and responsibility. Being able to build self confidence within are youth make them aware of the importance to be responsible, and most of all, coaching them through the process. Staff who accept awareness and responsibility are better focused and can easily deliver. Staff who are focused on objectives, can learn better, manage relationships better, be improved team members and deliver enhanced performance amongst those within our organization.


Building and coaching are major components within JDI Life Skills that can also release the potential for innovation needed in today’s rapidly changing environment. Increased adaptation and responsiveness can be established through both of these components. In essence, building and coaching develop talent and capability by strengthening the resources of both our staff and the organization.
